You’ve reduced, you’ve redistributed, now it’s time to get recycling! Recycling is the last resort for food waste. There will always be some unavoidable waste—like banana skins and tea bags—that can’t be eaten but which shouldn’t end up in the general waste.

Why not compost on site? This is a great option if you produce small amounts of food waste. Compost can be used for plants on your organisation’s premises, or redistributed to colleagues.
